AHPCA: Palliative Care Training for the Community: Elk Point, AB

This no cost, two-day, in-person training follows the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association (AHPCA) Training Program which is recognized across Canada. It will give volunteers, caregivers and interested community members the confidence to provide quality support services in any setting, whether that is in hospice, long-term care or a private home.
Dates: Thursday, Sep 28 to Friday, Sep 29, 2023
Time: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Sep 28) and 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (Sep 29)
Location: Northern Lights Library System, 5615 48 St, Elk Point, AB T0A 1A0
Community Host: Elk Point Palliative Care Society
Certificate of Attendance will be available to participants who attend both days.
