NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
This is to notify you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Palliative Care Society of the Bow Valley has been scheduled for:

Time: 7:00 PM
This meeting will be conducted via Zoom.
Please register for the meeting by clicking on the link or scan the QR code below:
The AGM will deal with the necessary official business of the Society, including executive and committee reports, financial matters, and the election of the Board of Directors. A full meeting package will be emailed to you.
The AGM includes important business of the Society, and all members are encouraged to participate in the meeting. Although the meeting is open to the public, according to our Society’s Bylaws only members of the Society will be able to vote.

The Palliative Care Society of the Bow Valley recognizes we are situated on the traditional territory of Treaty 7 and Métis Zone 3.
